You may e-mail your digital artwork to us at: prepdept@alnaenvelope.com Accepted Files Tips for creating digital art Preferred files: QuarkXpress version 4 - 6.5 (MAC) ".eps" file with all fonts outlined and colors properly identified (spot colors). Please be sure to include all fonts and images used with your file. We may not be able to use fonts sent from a "PC" (Windows). If you are sending files made on a "PC", please outline or embed all fonts, or make ".pdf" (WITH FONTS EMBEDDED) of file before sending. PLEASE NOTE: ON 4 COLOR PROCESS JOBS: FOR PROOF ACCURACY, NEG OUTPUT AND COLOR PROOFS FOR ALL 4-COLOR PROCESS (CYMK) JOBS NEED TO BE PRODUCED BY ALNA. A COLOR PROOF WILL BE MADE ON ALL 4-COLOR PROCESS JOBS (EVEN IF A PROOF IS SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER). IF COLOR MATCH IS CRITICAL, CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO SIGN A COLOR PROOF OR PRESS PROOF PRIOR TO RUN.
